Private relationship coaching for leaders, individuals, and couples
Some relationship challenges are hard to talk through with the people around you. Katha Blackwell offers a discreet place to examine what is happening, speak honestly, and decide what needs to change at home or at work.
Building healthy relationships at home, at work and in leadership.

Room to work on the relationships that matter
Relationship coaching is available to individuals and couples, including leaders who need a private setting to address concerns that touch both personal and professional life. The starting point is the relationship question in front of you, whether you come alone or with a partner.
Individuals
Examine recurring patterns, practice clearer communication, and make more intentional decisions in relationships.
Couples
Work on how you communicate, navigate disagreements, and understand what each person needs for a healthier connection.
Leaders
Address the relationship strain that can follow you between home, work, ministry, and public-facing roles.
What coaching can focus on
Sessions start with what you are facing now. Katha brings direct questions, practical reflection, and more than twenty years of relationship and family systems experience to the conversation.
Communication
Say what you mean, listen for understanding, and notice where conversations break down.
Conflict
Identify patterns that keep the same disagreement going and consider a more constructive response.
Boundaries
Clarify expectations, responsibilities, and what you need to communicate more directly.
Connection
Explore trust, distance, repair, and the habits that shape your relationships over time.
Start with a conversation
A free discovery call is a chance to describe what brought you here, ask questions, and see whether relationship coaching is a fit. From there, you and Katha can discuss the right coaching format and next steps. Virtual sessions are available.
Coaching is a space for reflection, decisions, and practice. It is not psychotherapy, crisis intervention, or a substitute for medical or legal care.
Schedule a Free Discovery CallBefore you book
Do you work with couples as well as individuals?
Yes. The discovery call is a place to discuss the relationship you want to work on and whether individual or couples coaching is a suitable starting point.
Is coaching private?
Discretion is central to Katha's approach. You can ask about privacy practices and their limits during the discovery call before deciding whether to proceed.
Is relationship coaching the same as therapy?
No. Katha is a Licensed Master Social Worker, but the coaching services described here are not psychotherapy. Coaching focuses on reflection and practical changes in how you relate and communicate.
Can sessions take place virtually?
Yes. Virtual sessions are available. Scheduling and format can be discussed during the discovery call.
